1. Identifying the needs of the community and the external environment, including training, partnerships, and educational and research collaboration, that can be provided through all departments of the college.
2. Providing scientific, technical, and training consultations to entities that wish to receive them, within the framework of community partnerships.

Organizing events that showcase the college and the outcomes of its educational, research, and training activities, such as Career Day, Open Day, and the Alumni Association, to strengthen collaboration and develop relationships with public institutions and private sector companies, contributing to the achievement of shared goals and the country’s economic and social development.
4. Encouraging participation in volunteer activities that serve the community by faculty members, students, and college staff.
5. Reviewing all matters referred by the Dean of the College to the committee and submitting appropriate recommendations or making suitable decisions within the limits of the authority granted or delegated in writing by the authorized person.
