On the Anniversary of the Founding Day His Excellency the University President Recalls the Kingdom’s Past and Thriving Future
His Excellency the President of King Khalid University, Prof. Faleh bin Rajaa Al-Solami, on his behalf and on behalf of the university’s employees and students, he congratulated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and His Highness Crown Prince Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz ( may God protect them ) on the occasion of the anniversary of the founding day. He expressed his appreciation towards the care and attention we receive in our country and the future we inspire to.
Al-Solami said, "Starting from this year, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia celebrates the occasion of the founding day, the day on which Imam Muhammad bin Saud established the first Saudi state in (1139 AH / 1727 AD) making this memory a dear memory to the Saudi people ,which confirms the depth of the history of our country and its civilization."
Al-Salami, added that as we witness the anniversary of the founding of our country, we carry the pride of our country’s history, a great history of sacrifice, giving and building, and a present that witnesses the efforts made by our leadership in the path of prosperity and the development.
Al-Salami continued, "Three centuries and our dear country remains affirmed in its values and fundamentals, and an entity of prosperity, where we continue to work towards achieving our nations 2030 vision.
He concluded, our history holds a legacy of success stages, stages of giving and building founded by a rational leadership that built a nation and worked on human development. He thanked Allah for our country’s safety and development and for our wise leadership.
