The unit develops and monitors quality improvement plans, evaluates programs and learning outcomes, and ensures compliance with national and international accreditation requirements. It also supports departments in implementing best practices, conducts periodic assessments and audits, and provides continuous feedback to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
