  • Receive incoming calls to the management secretariat.
  • Receipt of university IDs and bank cards from the Deanship of Admission and Registration.
  • Delivery of university IDs and bank cards to students according to the data allocated in a timely manner.
  • Entering maintenance reports on the electronic system.
  • Organizing and archiving transactions in the college administration.
