Administrative Communications Unit

The duties of Administrative Communications Unit are :
  • Receiving incoming correspondence from outside the college.
  • Forward the approved correspondence by the responsible person and send them through the mailing program(INJAZ) in the case of being internal or by the post (after completion) through the address assigned to them.
  • Electronic archiving through the INJAZ program.
  • Archiving the original.
  • Issuing the manual forms of receipt and delivery of correspondence.
  • Follow up the official Saudi mail for the college.
